A dedicated Egypt Travel Concierge agent will guide you through all airport procedures, from arrival to departure, ensuring you reach your destination with ease and comfort.

ARRIVAL MEET & GREET SERVICE

• Personalized welcome by an Egypt Travel Concierge agent upon arrival.

• Fast-track assistance through passport control and customs (in collaboration with local authorities).

• Support in locating your pre-booked transportation (taxi, limousine, or shuttle service) or assistance with baggage collection.

DEPARTURE MEET & GREET SERVICE

• Warm welcome at the airport terminal by our agents, who will be available for assistance throughout your stay at the airport.

• Priority check-in support based on the airline's policies.

• Fast-track assistance through security, customs, and passport control.

• Guidance and priority boarding assistance at the boarding gate provided by our agents.

• Pre-issuing of boarding passes & Visa Optain

• Porter service

• Private transfer for remote stand departures

• VIP Lounge access for departures

HOW TO BOOK THE SERVICE :

To book our Meet & Greet Service, please email your request to: info@egypttravelconcierge.com

• Include the following details:

• Full names of passengers

• Date and flight details

• A copy of the e-ticket or PNR code (booking reference number)

To ensure a smooth service experience, please also provide information regarding your transfer service upon arrival at the airport so we can contact your driver and confirm the details.
